Our commitment

Orange Insurance is committed to making our website accessible to all visitors, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control, or keyboard-only navigation. We consider accessibility when we add new pages and features, and we work to fix issues as we find them.

The standard we follow

Our goal is for OrangeInsure.com to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content easier to use for people with a wide range of disabilities.

Accessibility is ongoing work. Some parts of the site may not yet fully meet this standard, and we welcome your feedback.

Steps we’ve taken

• Pages use headings, lists, and labeled sections so screen reader users can understand the structure and move around the page.
• Menus, buttons, and other controls can be used with a keyboard and show a visible outline when they have focus.
• Links that open in a new tab say so to screen reader users.
• Images that carry meaning have text descriptions. Decorative images and icons are hidden from screen readers.
• Pages adjust to phones, tablets, and zoomed-in browsers, with buttons sized for easy tapping.
• Information shown on maps, such as agency locations and property risk scores, is also shown as text on the page.

Third-party tools and other websites

Some features on our site come from other providers, and some links take you to separate websites, such as our member and agent portals. These tools and sites have their own designs, and we may not be able to control how accessible they are. If you have trouble with any of them, we’re happy to help you get the information or service you need another way. They include:
